Discounted rates are available for residents of senior living communities. Includes 1:1 coaching, personally curated home exercise programs, and ongoing resource support.

Independent Senior Exercise Programming $250/month

Designed for independent seniors looking for ongoing personal management and customized support. Each month includes two private exercise sessions and one unique exercise video with customized exercises, instruction, and cueing that help you thrive.
